Account Managers are at the centre of all the work we do, and the main point of contact for our clients. From the initial briefing to selling in creative work, they are responsible for budgeting and ensuring we meet our deadlines, constantly challenging our colleagues to produce the very best work for our clients. And they do it all with a smile on their face.

The Account Management Fellowship is a 2-year programme, consisting of 4 weeks of training, followed by 2 year-long placements at Ogilvy & Mather, OgilvyOne, Ogilvy PR, or Coley Porter Bell.  At least one of the two years will be spent at Ogilvy & Mather or OgilvyOne.
Once you have a year’s experience under your belt, you will spend 10% of your time working on an extra-curricular project which will see you work closely with senior staff from across the business. At the end of your two years, you’ll also be given the opportunity to spend time in an Ogilvy office abroad, or continue your career in the London office.


Once the application period closes, we will read through your forms and invite the chosen few for a day of interviews and group tasks at our London office. We then get together and select the candidates who will take part in our summer internship programme.
The internship consists of two consecutive 4-week placements with companies in the Ogilvy group. The eight weeks will give you a chance to meet some of the most talented people in London’s adland, and also provide the opportunity for you to make your mark. You will be fully paid during the internship. At the end of your eight weeks we’ll sit down, have a long hard think, and select our final five Ogilvy Fellows.


The lucky five will first undergo four weeks of training. You’ll learn about the different companies within the Ogilvy Group, and receive an introduction to the way our departments work together. You’ll also take part in some fun group exercises that will help you really get to know your fellow Fellows.
At the start of the Fellowship you’ll be assigned both a Guardian and Mentor. Your Guardian will be a wise chap or chapette with bags of industry experience, who will ensure you gain the best possible experience and develop the necessary skills to be a success. You’ll also be assigned a Mentor; an older Fellow who will help you settle at the agency. You can ask them any question, no matter what it might be, and they’ll be around for you when you fancy a drink at the end of a long hard day.
After your initial training, you’ll begin work on your first of two year-long placements in Ogilvy Group companies. At least one of these will be in Ogilvy & Mather or OgilvyOne, and you may spend a year working in Ogilvy PR or Coley Porter Bell. During this time you will also have the opportunity to attend external training courses.
Throughout the Fellowship, you’ll receive ongoing training and have the chance to work on exciting side projects across the agency group. One of the major benefits of working for a large Group like Ogilvy is the wealth of training and talks that take place every week in the agency. Rest assured, you will not be bored.
