Ogilvy & Mather Group UK has promoted Emma de la Fosse, the joint chief creative officer at OgilvyOne EMEA, as its first group chief creative officer. De la Fosse will assume the new role in May and report to Annette King, the Group's CEO.
King said: "Emma is courageous, curious and has a brilliant creative mind. Her knowledge and experience span direct, brand advertising, digital and tech – a rare mix of skills that enable her to develop the very best work from even the toughest of briefs.
"In this new role, Emma will work with the group to develop further our creative product and help the teams work on briefs without borders for existing and new clients."
