Ogilvy & Mather Group UK has appointed Fiona Gordon to the newly created role of Group Transformation Director. Gordon will relocate from Singapore, where she is currently Group Chairman, Ogilvy & Mather Singapore, to London, and begin her new role in January 2016. She will report to Annette King, CEO, Ogilvy & Mather Group UK.
Gordon will be responsible for working with all Ogilvy agencies in the UK to help drive seamless collaboration and integration across the Group. She will also lead on key client business.
Gordon was appointed Group Chairman of Ogilvy & Mather Singapore in 2011. Under her leadership, the agency was named Campaign Asia’s Creative Agency of the Year, Marketing Magazine’s Agency of the Year and number 1 in R3’s new business league ranking. She was also named Campaign Asia’s Southeast Asia Agency Head of the Year last year.
Prior to this, she relocated from London (where she was Global Managing Director on BP and GSK) to Hong Kong, to lead the Agency’s Global Brand Management team, a role she held for two years. She started at O&M UK as a Graduate Trainee in 1992 and has also worked at O&M New York during her career.
