It was great to see our Digital Director, James Whatley, featuring on the Social Buzz Show this week talking about how he became a leading figure in the digital world.

Whatley also shares his views on mentoring schemes for marketers, and discusses the industry's diversity issue; imploring viewers to "call out" anything they see that they think is contributing to the problem.

"Well the important thing is that we call it out, that's most encroaching thing," he said.

"If you're seeing horrendous tube ads, take pictures of them and share them. If you hear a creative idea that you disagree with - because it's not the 90s anymore – then call it out."
