Tackling client challenges is never easy which is why Neo@Ogilvy’s Centre of Excellence (CoE) provides a good framework, says Neo@Ogilvy’s business director, Malika Sharma in The Drum.

Speaking in the fourth episode of the future stars of digital series, she explains how CoE’s strategic partnership with global brands helps boost client performance and her role in driving client business growth.

“I’m particularly proud of being part of the team that drove exponential client business growth in Neo, in the past two years. It’s really important because we grew from a tiny team to now being the biggest team in Neo. It made me learn a lot about business growth, leadership, and client relationships,” she says.

Find out how she is using CoE to tackle some of her client’s biggest challenges by watching the full video above.
