Ogilvy UK is excited to announce that Matt Buchanan will join the agency in a new role as Head of PR & Influence. Matt is the latest addition to the suite of capability leads who report into Ogilvy’s first-ever Chief Customer Officer, Clare Lawson.
Matt brings over 20 years of expertise and has a passion for earned communications and modern PR, to ensure real business impact when solving clients’ challenges in today’s ever-changing landscape. In his remit as PR & Influence lead, Matt will be setting the course for the capability’s growth, while collaborating with the other parts of the business to deliver creative and effective solutions across clients.

He joins Ogilvy from the Havas-owned PR and social agency, One Green Bean. He leaves having led the agency's award-winning Australian operation and launched their UK offering four years ago. His career experience also includes The Red Consultancy, Hill + Knowlton and Lexis.
