Ogilvy & Mather London (O&M London) has appointed Mick Mahoney as Chief Creative Officer, reporting to O&M London’s new CEO Charlie Rudd. Mahoney will lead O&M’s UK creative department, working with clients including Pizza Hut, the government and BP.

Mahoney, Executive Creative Director at RKCR/Y&R from 2013 to 2015, previously worked as Executive Creative Director at Havas Worldwide London for four years, and from 2006 as Creative Director at BBH London, where he worked with Ogilvy’s CEO, Charlie Rudd.

Rudd said, “Mick is a rare creative talent.  Not only is he driven by the quality of the output and making all the work better but he is equally creative in thinking about how agencies need to change to stay relevant to Clients' changing needs.  I can't wait to partner with him again.”

Mahoney said, “Ogilvy & Mather’s creative ambition has continually impressed me. Network of the Year at Cannes for the last 4 years tells its own story.
