Ogilvy Pride, the LGBT and inclusive marketing specialists from across the Ogilvy Group, have announced a significant expansion of the agency’s leadership team with the appointment of a new head of the agency for the team and two new deputies.

The promotions appointments are:

* Sam Pierce, Global Business Partner for Ogilvy & Mather Advertising (O&M), has been appointed as Head of Ogilvy Pride

* Michael Breen, Digital Account Director at Geometry Global has been appointed joint Deputy Head of Ogilvy Pride

* Alex Canthal, Business Director at O&M has been appointed joint Deputy Head of Ogilvy Pride

Sam Pierce, Global Business Partner for Ogilvy & Mather Advertising (O&M), has been appointed as Head of Ogilvy Pride. Sam will focus on overall leadership of Ogilvy Pride and drive commercial opportunities.

Joining Sam on the Ogilvy Pride UK leadership team are Michael Breen, Digital Account Director at Geometry Global, and Alex Canthal, Business Director at O&M, who will both serve as Sam’s deputies.

Michael will focus on external promotion and networking to increase Ogilvy Pride’s profile, while Alex will provide innovative thinking and thought leadership, including setting up a new Pride Think Tank.
