The Pipe is a six-month creative internship programme, with a difference. It has no upper age limit. The application process is open to everyone and, for those who feel they would love the opportunity but can’t afford to participate, it pays the London Living Wage.
You don’t need a degree. You don’t need any experience. You don’t even have to know what an ad agency is. We just want you to show us how creative you are.
Emma de La Fosse, Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy & Mather Group UK says, “The reason we're paying the London Living Wage is not just because it's the right thing to do, but we also want to include everyone. We want the ones who wouldn't normally apply for this sort of thing. The ones who can’t afford the time off work nor rely on mum and dad to help them out.”
