Clare Donald joined Ogilvy London as Chief Production Officer in June 2016.
Clare started her professional career in production companies, producing for various award-winning Directors on shoots around the world.
Leaving advertising briefly, she spent a couple of years working in feature and short film production, before transferring into agency production in 2002.
As deputy head of TV at JWT she became the 6th most awarded producer in the world, and from there she went on to Mother and then Havas, where she worked as Head of Operations managing film, digital and print production.
Still keen to explore new paths, she moved to Google in 2013 as Head of Operations at Google Creative Lab where she managed teams working across high-profile digital projects.
Three and a half years later, she was approached by Ogilvy London and left to join the new management team.
Clare is a board member of the British Arrows, sings in a local choir, and is on the development board of charity 'Working Chance'.
