Ann is Chief Consulting Officer at Ogilvy UK, responsible for working with our clients to tackle some of their most complex problems, helping them find new paths to growth and brand value. Ann and her team of consultants work with specialists from across Ogilvy and WPP to shape our clients' agenda in digital transformation, innovation and business design.

Ann began her career with WPP and in Consulting at what is now Kantar Consulting/Futures, developing and using qualitative and quantitative consumer research to inform long-term marketing and brand strategy scenarios for clients, including Lloyds TSB. Following this she worked in brand and advertising planning for JWT and in Digital Media at Mindshare.

She joined OgilvyOne, New York over 15 years ago, developing Marketing, Digital and CRM strategies for brands across a range of categories including Financial Services (TD Ameritrade, American Express), Technology (SAP, Cisco) and FMCG (Unilever, Nestlé). She established Customer Experience Planning as a discipline in OgilvyOne Paris where she worked with clients IBM, Nestlé and Louis Vuitton.

Ann has embraced the complexity of modern marketing throughout her career, co-creating OgilvyOne's proprietary Customer Engagement Planning methodology and IP and believes passionately that Brand Experiences that matter are delivered through the right Customer Experiences.
