Emma de la Fosse is the Chief Creative Officer of Ogilvy & Mather Group UK, responsible for developing Ogilvy’s creative product, increasing creative integration across the Group, and working closely with creative leaders across the company.
Prior to this, Emma ran the creative community at OgilvyOne in London alongside partner Charlie Wilson, as well as overseeing the creative output of OgilvyOne across the EMEA region.
Under their leadership OgilvyOne London has spearheaded the creative charge in Direct and Digital Customer Engagement work, winning more awards across more categories than any other UK Direct agency. Emma is a practitioner first and foremost, a do-er who loves making fresh and original work for clients.
Prior to working at OgilvyOne, Emma worked in advertising for 11 years, creating brand campaigns in TV, print and radio for a wide range of clients including London Transport, Michelob beer, Thomas Cook, Oddbins, Del Monte, Lemsip, Hertz and the Dept of Health. Working in both the advertising industry as well as the Direct and Digital worlds has enabled Emma to gain a wealth of experience in all types of communications across all types of media.
Emma’s other job is being a Mum to two boys aged 11 and 13. She lives in inner London and loves the city and its history with a passion. When she is not poring over her collection of antique London maps Emma can be found rehearsing with the Fulham and Hammersmith Choral Society in preparation for their latest classical concert.
