Marion leads a global team of experts across digital health, government, private hospitals, pharmaceutical, nutrition, wellness, insurance, skincare and more. A former Marketing Director for several FMCG & pharmaceutical multinationals, she grew sales and market share for global brands at Procter & Gamble including Vicks, Reckitt Benckiser in personal care, Revlon and Allergan/BOTOX for over a decade in Asia Pacific before moving agency side. At Allergan, Marion was responsible for growing BOTOX awareness from 7% to 70% over a three year period through HCP and consumer education campaigns. She subsequently advised on USA and European BOTOX launches.
Joining Ogilvy in 2008, Marion has led global comms strategy for brands in beauty, food, auto, pharma, tourism, employee engagement and more. She has also helped shaped brand purpose across many categories.
Infamous for her “show me the money” approach to marketing ROI, she was awarded a Lifetime Fellow of AMEC in 2015 for services to global effectiveness measurement education. She leads training in research and strategy, effectiveness, storytelling and media coaching for Ogilvy professionals and clients.
Australian-born, Marion lived and worked for 19 years in Asia based in Japan, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Singapore, Bangkok and Myanmar, backing her Masters in International Marketing with extensive cross-cultural understanding.
Marion is also a musical theatre director and performer, holds a Diploma in Canine Behaviour and trains shelter dogs for rehoming through dog rescue charities.
