Vicky leads our brand design team. Her core focus is to build strong and successful brands, delivering strategy and design for real world success, ultimately making our clients famous.
She is particularly interested in how to leverage learnings from neuroscience to create solutions that work.
Vicky has spent twenty-five years in brand design with the last twenty of those at Coley Porter Bell. There she has worked on many of our biggest clients.
From the world of nappies, re-defining Huggies from ‘mess container’ to something that delivers the freedom to thrive; to working with The Co-operative, redefining their Own Brand range and retail identity to deliver double digit growth.
From working with global businesses, like Unilever and Pernod Ricard, to local brands like Tesco, her experience spans company and product brand identities, brand strategy and architecture, naming and innovation. Her favourite phrase is that ‘we work in fish, to finance’ with clients ranging from John West to American Express.
Outside of Coley Porter Bell Vicky sits on the Ogilvy UK Board, is a member of the Marketing Society and is a regular contributor to The Huffington Post.
Away from the office, she plays peace-keeper to two teenagers, is happiest on top of a mountain, and is a self-confessed ‘social’ runner (her club’s motto being ‘We Run to Chat’).
