Our Happier Healthier Me initiative takes the importance of wellbeing from awareness into action. We want to be at our best, all the time. That’s hard work. And in the face of everyday demands, we all need a little encouragement to focus on ourselves and those around us.
Following the success of “Summer Time”, throughout the winter months (Nov-Feb) we’ll continue to take advantage of flexible ‘winter hours’.
Research shows that natural daylight, exercise and healthy eating can help beat those winter blues. Therefore why not start later or finish earlier this winter and help focus on your wellbeing. You’ll work the usual amount of hours, but everyone has options as to when they start their day.
