Initially a ‘traditional’ advertising account, our work in EMEA with BlackRock and their iShares brand has developed to deliver end-to-end customer experiences across both professional investor and personal investor segments. The organization tasked Ogilvy with making this proposition matter to its customers.

Recent initiatives have focussed on developing a brand platform to deliver our long-term vision, shifting the organisation from a product centric to a customer centric approach and providing tools and content to help professionals and investors answer the question ‘So what do I do with my money?’.
In addition to the above we continue to deliver differentiated integrated marketing campaigns in an increasingly complex and competitive environment, across multiple markets.
